Michael is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association’s Citizenship and Immigration Section and the Associate Member of the American Bar Association.
He is frequently called upon to appear in the media to discuss Canadian and US immigration issues effecting North Americans. He has been interviewed by Canada AM, CTV, Canada News Net, the Globe and Mail and the Toronto Star and has given lectures on immigration topics overseas.
Michael Niren’s philosophy is to provide highly personalized immigration service in an efficient and cost effective manner. Mansi Sanghvi is a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), recognized by the Government of Canada as a member in good standing with the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). With over eight years of experience as an immigration professional, Mansi is passionate about helping our clients achieve their immigration goals and assessing their best avenues.
She completed her management studies at the University of Mumbai and graduated with Honours from the Immigration Practitioner program at the Academy of Learning College in Toronto. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
Mansi is part of our core Immigration Consulting team, whereby she offers solutions and strategies on Canadian Immigration matters. She is proficient in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi.
Felicita Ovadje
Immigration Lawyer
Felicita Ovadje received her LL.B from the University of Birmingham, UK and has a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Windsor, ON, Canada. With over five years of Canadian Immigration experience, she has worked with private and corporate clients. She has assisted private applicants and companies in assessing their eligibility and submitting their immigration applications.
Before joining Visaplace, she provided legal advice and opinions on other areas of law, such as family disputes, corporate commercial, and real estate transactions. In her spare time, she delivers informative workshops to international students at certain pre-university colleges.
Felicita is energetic and passionate about immigration issues and the successful settlement of immigrants in Canada.
